Terms of Service

1 General Provisions

1.1

These Terms of Service (hereinafter — the "Agreement") govern the relationship between the user (hereinafter — the "User") and Self-Employed Individual Nikolai Alexandrovich Konovalov, TIN 550413749125 (hereinafter — the "Provider"), when using the Telegram bot re:sora (hereinafter — the "Bot").

1.2

By using the Bot, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and agree to comply with them.

1.3

The Bot provides access to media content generation features (videos, images, etc.) using artificial intelligence technologies (hereinafter — "AI-services").

2 Currency and Payments

2.1

The Bot uses an internal virtual currency — Points or Diamonds (hereinafter — the "Currency").

2.2

The Currency is not legal tender, has no monetary value, and can be used solely to access the Bot's features.

2.3

Once a purchase is made and the Currency is deducted, no refunds are provided.

2.4

The Currency may expire or be consumed after use or after a specified period.

3 Service Provision

3.1

The service is considered rendered once the content (video, images, etc.) is successfully generated, regardless of subjective quality expectations.

3.2

In case of successful generation, no refunds (including Currency) are provided.

3.3

The Provider is not responsible for the quality or suitability of the generated content to User expectations.

4 Liability

4.1

The Provider is not responsible for interruptions in the Bot's operation, technical errors, downtime of servers, or the performance of third-party services used for content generation.

4.2

The Provider does not guarantee continuous, stable, or error-free operation of the Bot.

4.3

All responsibility for the use of generated content (including publication, distribution, and potential violations of third-party rights) rests with the User.

5 Compliance with Law

5.1

The User agrees to use the Bot solely for lawful purposes and comply with the laws of the Russian Federation.

5.2

The User is prohibited from using the Bot to create or distribute content that violates Russian law, third-party rights, or platform rules.

6 Use of Images

6.1

Users may upload images containing:

their own face;
faces of friends, acquaintances, or relatives — with their consent.

6.2

By uploading images, the User confirms that:

they act voluntarily and knowingly;
they have obtained consent from all depicted individuals (including parental consent for minors);
they agree to technical processing of images solely for media content generation purposes.

6.3

Image processing is performed automatically using third-party AI services (including OpenAI, WaveSpeedAI, Kie.ai, and others) via secure connections (HTTPS/TLS).

6.4

The Provider does not store, systematize, analyze, or link images to specific individuals.

6.5

Since processing occurs without the ability to identify individuals, uploaded images are not considered personal data under Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

6.6

Images are automatically deleted after generation and are not retained by the Provider.

6.7

The User is responsible for the lawfulness of use and obtaining consent from depicted individuals.

7 No Affiliation with External Services

7.1

The Provider is not a partner, representative, or affiliate of OpenAI, WaveSpeedAI, Kie.ai, or other artificial intelligence technology developers.

7.2

All requests and claims regarding the Bot's operation are directed exclusively to the Provider.

8 Data Processing and Transfer

8.1

The Provider does not collect, store, or use personal data of Users.

8.2

The transfer of images to AI services is performed automatically and does not pursue the purpose of identifying individuals.

8.3

The Provider has no access to biometric templates, vector data, or image metadata.

8.4

All information is used exclusively for technical execution of User requests and is not saved after generation completion.

9 Support

9.1

Support is available via Telegram: t.me/resora_support

9.2

The Provider reviews inquiries as possible but does not guarantee immediate response.

10 Final Provisions

10.1

This Agreement may be amended by the Provider unilaterally without prior notice.

10.2

The current version is always available in the Bot interface.

10.3

Using the Bot after amendments constitutes agreement with the updated version.

10.4

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

10.5

All disputes are resolved at the Provider's location.
